Corovan’s media rotation services provide options for you to accommodate your media backup requirements.
In addition to long-term archive and litigation-hold storage, Corovan offers rotation services on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Alternatively, customized rotation plans can be incorporated into a Service Level Agreement according to your organizational requirements.
Examples of a customized plan might include:
- Pickups and/or retrievals are required more than once daily, or
- When you require Corovan personnel to eject cartridges from tape drives and replace with rotated or new media cartridges.
Corovan provides 24/7 service where urgent access and delivery is required and individual retrieval and delivery SLA’s can be agreed dependant on client requirements and location.
Delivery of media is to pre-determined and pre-arranged sites only.
Corovan vehicles are fully enclosed late model vehicles which have been customized to ensure maximum protection of your data while in transit.
We treat your data as our own and our vehicle features include cargo bay air conditioning, insulation, on board GPS and mobile phone and vehicle security. All vehicles are company owned and insured.
