It can be used for self-created reports, searching all fields, placing orders, requesting pickups, and starting the destroy process. We can set up each client's interface custom to their needs, using multiple User Defined Fields, turning on and off categories of information, and making management defined fields mandatory. Everyone that compares our system to their current supplier falls in love with it.
Driver and Warehouse Scanners
These are not your father’s scanner to be sure. Corovan drivers use the latest wireless computers to instantly update Inventory, receive just-in-time created work orders while on the road, record signatures, trigger email receipts, and much, much more.
Scan-On-Demand/Email/Fax
Corovan accommodates every way of order entry, however high or low you are in the technology food chain. Emails are the most common way — we route them to a group of people to ensure timely response or you can send them direct to the person you have gotten to know. Some clients are using us an extension on internal processes that automatically trigger a word order into our system.
We offer scan-on-demand services, in which we will pull a specific document(s) and email a scan to you. While we charge for this, it is faster and cheaper than physical delivery.
