SAFETY

  • Corovan achieves Workers Comp ratings that are unheard of for an industry based on heavy lifting and driving. We do this through great training and careful workers.
  • Our client’s safety is a huge concern to us as well. We do the lifting so you don’t have to. No more storage units, trips to the basement, stacking paper to the roof.
  • Our warehouse racking is based on only stacking boxes three units high, above this level is risky for the cardboard below.

GREEN

  • Isn’t everyone trying to be green? But how in the world can piles of paper stacked miles high green you ask?
  • Storing paper documents with Corovan is Green in the following ways:
    • Once it is printed, no energy is used to store, back up, monitor, firewall, update to new servers, convert to new formats, etc. Paper v.1.0 is still working.
    • After we store it through your retention cycle, we confidentially shred the information and it gets utilized again to make more paper. Recycling 101.
    • Our facilities are all equipped with Low Energy applications wherever possible. Very little lighting, heat/ac, etc... yet super secure and private.
    • Our vehicles gather together hundreds of work orders per day and efficiently “car pool” them all around town. The vehicles themselves in many cases have been selected for the low emissions and high fuel economy.
    • Digital Storage and the on-going management of it are enormous resource hogs, allow for great degrees of risk through hackers and mistakes, and ultimately may not even be available in the case of a true emergency as connections are not up and running or your ability to operate may be compromised.
